Alfredo Acin is an associate in the Firm’s litigation, immigration, criminal, and bankruptcy law practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Acin interned at the United States Department of Agriculture’s Office of Rural Development in Washington, D.C. and in the legal department of Verizon Business, and worked as a law clerk for the Alliance of Artists and Recording Companies. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Acin was an Information Technology professional at Data Systems Analysts, Inc.
Mr. Acin received his Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. At the Columbus School of Law, Mr. Acin earned a Certificate from the Comparative and International Law Institute and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, with whom he represented the Columbus School of Law at the 2006 and 2007 American Bar Association Regional Negotiations Competitions. Mr. Acin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University, where he also minored in Business Logistics.
