Our Consultation Policies

The best consultation is always in person.  This gives the attorney a chance to evaluate and directly assess your case by reviewing specific facts and documentation.  To enable us to serve you better, we request you do the following when coming in to our office for a consultation:

• Fill out our client information sheet
• Bring all relevant documentation you have in your possession

If a personal consultation is not possible, we provide telephonic consultations as well.  To maximize the consultation results, it is best to make an e-mail appointment and fax all relevant documents prior to the phone conference.

Payment for the in-person consultation will be made up front through credit card or check.  Clients requesting a telephonic consultation will be connected only after a confirmation of payment.  The consultation fee is $100.00, but this amount will be credited to your account if you decide to hire our Firm.

Please note, the Firm provides free consultations for the following matters:

• Personal Injury
• Bankruptcy
• Existing clients as agreed to in the retainer agreement
• U.S. Lawyers seeking immigration advice for their clients
• Business owners and corporate executives
